Planning

Once completed, we put the plans forward for approval, and we amend or add to them where necessary.

Specifications

Next, we review the plans and discuss a programme of work.

Construction

We follow the plans and programme, from putting in the foundations right through to adding the finishing touches to the building. All aspects of the building are considered, including the interior, all external landscaping, plus the finishing touches for your new home.

Quality Control Programme

An overall evaluation will be conducted on completion of your home, and any last-minute alterations can be carried out at this point.

Handover

We culminate with the handover process, when the completed documents are signed and your new home is handed over to you.
